under the watchful beacon of the iconic Heublein Tower, Talcott Mountain Collective draws upon its rich legacy as a prominent golf club and re-purposes the historic facilities and surrounding acreage to provide a unique and welcoming destination for the general public.

We tap into our local community to offer a range of rotating food trucks, expansive craft beverages, in/outdoor games, live music, moments with nature, and more. Come experience for yourself.

Two Sisters Ice Cream

Located at the foot of Talcott Mountain

Caroline and Abby spent all their childhood summers visiting Weatogue, CT. The two sisters created their favorite memories visiting with family and enjoying ice cream on hot summer nights. Caroline always chose cookie dough in a sugar cone and Abby went with watermelon sherbert in a cup. As a family-owned and family-run business, Caroline and Abby inspired the name of our ice cream spot.

Our delicious ice cream is provided by New England’s own award-winning Blake’s and Gifford’s Ice Cream. Our vegan ice cream is from It’s Sweet Tree Creamery.
